Who this service is for

Service scope

What we help coordinate

Drayage and inbound receiving

Connect arrival collection and deconsolidation with sorting and warehouse receiving, based on the cargo and onward dispatch requirements.

Storage and order fulfillment

Discuss temporary storage, staged replenishment and individual order fulfillment around the stock and shipments to be handled.

Returns and redispatch

Coordinate returns receiving, relabeling and repacking. Share the cargo condition, work required and new receiving details before confirming a redispatch plan.

From enquiry to delivery

Plan the next steps

  1. Define inbound and inventory needs

Provide cargo details, arrival method and expected storage and dispatch arrangements.

  2. Agree on warehouse handling

Confirm sorting, fulfillment or returns work and the information needed.

  3. Connect outbound delivery

Plan onward dispatch around the destination warehouse, customer address and receiving conditions.

Conditions to confirm before dispatch

  • Provide SKUs, quantities, packing specifications and inbound method; distinguish product and outbound parcel dimensions.
  • Describe inventory, storage periods, order profiles and destination regions rather than monthly order volume alone.
  • List fulfillment, staged replenishment and returns relabeling separately; confirm acceptance for special cargo.

What to check in the quotation

Receiving and storage
Check unloading, counting, sorting, put-away and storage units, periods and inclusions.
Orders and materials
Distinguish single-item orders, multi-item picking, materials and extra labeling.
Delivery and returns
Quote local transport, returns receiving, relabeling, repacking and redispatch separately.

A quotation checklist, not a fixed rate card. Applicable items and charges depend on the agreed shipment.

When the shipment plan changes

When quantities, packaging or markings differ from the pre-advice, use the corresponding list and known condition to reconcile them before deciding on handling. Returns suitability depends on condition and new receiving requirements.

Common questions

Can I combine temporary storage with order fulfillment?

Yes. Share the expected inventory, dispatch pattern and delivery regions so our team can coordinate storage, sorting and order fulfillment.

Does relabeling guarantee that returned goods can be sold again?

Cargo condition, new labels and receiving requirements must be checked before arranging relabeling, repacking and redispatch. Receiving or resale outcomes are not guaranteed for every return.

Is preparation in China the same as U.S. returns handling?

These are separate stages. Packing, label printing, product labeling and basic packaging or appearance checks in China are pre-shipment services. U.S. returns relabeling takes place after goods arrive in the U.S. Please describe each need separately.
